Are you tracking my location?
No we don't track anyone! On some handsets you'll be able to let us know where you are so we can list nearby restaurants. We store locations searched for to get an idea of what's popular but we don't associate them with any personal data, and this information cannot be linked to any individual.
Do I need to pay anything to book a restaurant using this service?
No, it is absolutely free. Don’t forget to call the restaurant if you want to cancel the booking though.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
The easiest way is to call the restaurant. You can find the restaurant number on your text and email confirmation. Another option is to use the cancel link at the bottom of this page.
How long before a booking can I cancel it?
This depends on the restaurant you’ve booked. The best thing to do is to call the restaurant directly as soon as you can.
I forgot what I booked. What can I do?
You should have received a text and email confirmation after you booked a table. So you won’t forget what time you need to pick up your date!
I have made a booking but I haven’t received a confirmation email or text. Is it booked?
In the rare occurrence of you not getting your confirmation text or email, you can also phone the restaurant directly to check whether your booking was made.

What should I do once arrived at the restaurant?
Give the booking number provided in your text and email confirmation. Sit down, relax and enjoy your grub!
What type of location can I search for?
You can search for restaurants by city, postal code, address, station or even landmarks. So if you’re desperate for crepes next to the Eiffel Tower, we can help.
Why is the location I entered not being recognised?
Sometimes even our super-smart system can get a little confused with certain location names. Adding the city name might help the search.
Will I get the advertised offer if I call the restaurant directly?
No, the only way to get the offer is to book using fonefood.
